Sorry for the delayed post, I’ve spent the past 36 hours in a fever-induced comatose state. Anyways, after a multi-step journey, our gang rolled into Positano right around 1:30. A hike and a half from the bus station down about 20 flights of stairs (luggage included) had us in the apartment where Ann Marie, Brooke, and Jenna are staying for their time on the Amalfi about half an hour later.

Taking some time to bask in the views from the apartment (and for photo shoots), we soon set off for lunch. Passing quite a few restaurants closed until tourist season, we ended up at a seafood restaurant right on the Spiaggia Grande beach. Had what was one of my favorite, and definitely most scenic lunches, before moving on to explore the coastline.

After a few more photoshoots (I’m sure Jenna is thankful I won’t be asking her to take any more pictures of me), we wandered through the streets of Positano. Along the way, we popped into several shops, amongst which was one devoted to products made from the renowned lemons of the city.

From there, we sampled one of my new favorite Italian desserts, Delizia al limone, before making our way back to the apartment. A delicious orange and a couple glasses of wine later, the time came for me to make my way back to the bus station for the journey home. Said an emotional goodbye to the three ladies that made the past five days so amazing and kicked off the first leg of my long journey home with a hike back up the stairs.

How amazing you had that time together❣️
